You’ll be guided into a calm state using rhythmic breathing to help synchronize your heart and brain waves.

3. Hypnotherapeutic Alignment
Once coherence is established, we integrate light hypnosis to strengthen subconscious alignment - reprogramming old stress patterns, building emotional resilience, and restoring self-trust.

You’ll return to full awareness with practical tools you can use daily to maintain coherence and emotional balance.
